You're probably thinking of Balthazar as the second Magus, although they are not named innthe bible as such. However, a second biblical Balthazar exists and could have given his name to this bottle. This Balthazar was the last king of Babylon, killed during the seizure of the city by Cyrus in 539 BC. As such I think it's hard to justify that Balthaz and Nebuchadnezzar can't be exchanged. I would certainly not allow for this possibility if I were setting.
