Steve, I think the answers are given in the format of what has been done to the original to get to the new grid entry, hence multiply by 3 is correct.

In fact I think you can answer it either way. Maybe you just need to be consistent.

One thousand isn't the square of one hundred, that's ten thousand (the square root of a thousand is 31.6227766017) as I only knew three of the four, and no way to know that one of those was wrongly calculated in the grid, there was no way to get the connection in the final group
