Good but clues where the word is both before and after the clue is a mite irritating.

@Arcadian, in some cases I'd agree, but when it's a name I think it's fine. Enjoyed this grid.

Arcadian, thank you for the feedback. I actually agree with you on using both before and after-words. I also don't like when there is a hidden word inside a word as opposed to at the beginning or end. I made an exception because it is a name, not just a word. With words your thinking has to be much more lateral to come up with the correct answer, whereas with a name I find myself it is much more straight forward.

It is (to me at least) easier to find the four Peter or Roberts, than it is to find the four words that find with -cation, so with names I don't mind upping the challenge a bit.
