My kind of grid Lorna.
I think Mushroom and Parsley are interchangeable, but you'd generally get away with it. :-)

Whoops- every day's a school day! Didn't know Alexanders were also called horse parsley! Also not aware of a cow mushroom before- is it the liberty cap- can't find a consensus on one species? Just generic "fungi found in poop" examples! Still, probably better known than cow- frisbee, think that was just our neck of the woods.
Really glad you enjoyed.

It’s a long time since I did microbiology. As kids there was a type we called a cow mushroom but what it was I dunno. Suillus bovinus though, that goes by the name cow mushroom or Jersey cow mushroom. I honestly don’t think it affects the grid too much unless one is a dedicated mycophile

I chucked in laurel as a red herring but I doubt if that will register either! I used to have quite good ID skills on fungi but not enough to trust edibility- even the experts can get it wrong and end up seeing flying elves after a dodgy fry- up! *80}'

Funnily enough, Sillius Bovinus is MY Latin name ;)
