Tricky, and dubious, with the two seven connections. Also, how is "leech" a synonym for "doctor"?

"Leech" is a common, if old-fashioned, term for a doctor derived from them using leeches for blood-letting.
The two "seven" groups are quite distinct and were intended to frustrate people who were unable to spot the difference.
