Easy but wouldn't accept board or hurry as answers

A good grid. Please add explanations for the connections.

The theme answers don't seem to be included, but I'm pretty sure they're as follows:
Targaryen etc.: Surnames from the TV series "Game of Thrones"
Stockport etc.: Boroughs of Greater Manchester, UK
Scurry etc.: Synonyms of "hurry"
Surf etc.: Words that can precede "board"

Got all the groups but then "board" was wrong, as was "synonyms for rush", as was "places in lancashire".

good grid but why no answers?? why isn't boards accepted and synonyms should be allowed unless you expect us to guess which particular word you want to accept.

"Manchester" wasn't accepted for Bury et. al, which is a touch nonsensical for greater manchester towns. Board was also ignored, which was ????

(Also t'usual complaints about exchangeability from ___Board to what appears to be "Rush" since Skate is applicable to both, as is "Dash" and "Dart")
