It's irritating when people use four synonyms and then don't accept just "synonyms" as an answer. We're supposed to guess the exact alternative synonym you've deemed an acceptable answer.

Some time ago I adopted the approach that If I knew what the connection was, then the score didn't matter...

I agree with gnu too. I think the answers for players, except perhaps mister tom, are important and an integral part of the game. unsatisfactory otherwise. mister tom, love your grids btw, is maybe very laid back....!
