Ynot
Doctor Who is the name of the doctor. The Master revealed that he choose this as his name.
Similarly Frankenstein is widely accepted as the monster's name as well give that he refers to Dr Frankenstein as his father and is given no other name.
Other than that a pretty decent grid

Fun grid. The hidden imperial measurements was a fun one I didn't spot. I disagree with Ynot on Doctor Who and Frankenstein; think both are fair enough as "misnomers". I'm not sure I can say the same about American Indians. An inaccurate and offensive name, sure, but the people that came up with the term were in no doubt over who referred to, unlike Dr Who, Frankenstein and Big Ben, where later users of the names ignore their original meanings. Yes, I know Dr Who was credited as such but still rarely referred to that way in dialogue, and I think the overwhelming evidence is in favour of him/her! being called The Doctor.
